From a single office to a national estate, monitoring, reporting and specialist support are shaped to the risk of the site.
We design pest control around the rules your sector already lives with. Teams have worked to BRC, AIB, SALSA, retailer codes including Tesco and M&S, and organic schemes such as the Soil Association. Documentation is written so an inspector can follow the trail: what was found, what was done, and who owns the next action.
Technicians hold RSPH Level 2 as a minimum and are registered through the BPCA, with training kept current. We also carry out independent reviews of an existing contractor if you want a second opinion before tendering.

Monitoring and the client portal
Sensors notice rodent movement or vibration and push an alert to a phone, tablet or the portal. That gives a 24-hour view without defaulting to pesticide. Installation is discreet, and a technician still attends when the data says a person is needed.
Complex sites get a deeper look from degree-qualified biologists and BPCA-certified specialists. They identify species from photographs or samples, inspect for stored product insects, and write actions with a named owner on the client side.
The drugstore beetle is among the most common stored product insects in dry goods. Left alone it moves through packaging and undermines a whole production or retail audit. Early identification, plus housekeeping at the source, is cheaper than a rejected load.

Multi-site contracts with one reporting standard, so a regional manager can compare branches.
A contract is a partnership. Cleaning, facilities and pest control have to act on the same findings. Our article on a recent enforcement case explains why a visit schedule alone is not compliance.
