About us

CSS Pest Services Limited

A Derby-based company protecting homes and businesses nationwide, with environmentally conscious methods since 2011.

Proof over promises.

The company was founded in 2011 to give clients a pest control service that could explain itself. That still shapes the work: a qualified technician, a written finding, and a recommendation that prefers proofing and monitoring before chemicals.

Head office is at Suite 7, Keynes House, Chester Park, on Alfreton Road in Derby. From there, field teams cover domestic call-outs and commercial contracts across the UK. Wildlife protection, including ThinkWildlife practice and humane bird proofing, is part of the method rather than a slogan on the van.

How a visit is supposed to feel

1. Listen

We ask what you have seen, when it started, and who uses the space. Photos are welcome if you are not sure of the species.

2. Evidence

Technicians look for droppings, runs, nests and entry points, then record them. Commercial clients see the same notes in the portal.

3. Prevention

Treatment is paired with proofing and housekeeping so the building is harder to re-enter. That is the part that keeps the invoice from repeating.

Accreditations

Third-party checks, written in plain language.

These marks show that methods, training and safety have been assessed against recognised benchmarks. They help with tenders, reduce paperwork, and give clients a route of accountability.
